- Buxton Boutique does not guarantee the stock of any item.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process will go into effect. During high sale times and holiday seasons it may take up to 5-7 business days for standard processing.
- All prices are listed in USD.
- We ship any where in the USA.
- We are unable to make any adjustments, or additions, to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions.
- We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted.
By purchasing from us you are agreeing with the following terms:
- Returns from online purchases must be made within 21 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. We will not accept any returns or exchanges past the 21-day deadline, no exceptions. Return window for in-store purchases is 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Any merchandise that is returned to us within our deadline is eligible for store credit only, minus the cost of shipping. An electronic gift card will be issued via email within 7 business days of receipt from postal service.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item, as well as the cost of exchange shipping, except in circumstances of defect.
- Items must be unwashed, unused, and unworn, in its original condition with tags still in place to be eligible for in-store credit, minus the cost of shipping. All shoes must be in the original box, original condition, and unworn. All shoes must be in the original box and the box MUST be mailed in another layer of packaging. We cannot accept shoe boxes with tape or mailing labels on them.
- We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return or refuse a refund based on the returned condition.
- After 21 days and/or product not in original condition, store credit will not be provided.
- Any item that is listed as Final Sale, Last Chance, Clearance or Close Out is not eligible for return or exchange. If a final sale item is returned, it will be forfeited. No exceptions
- If you suspect that you have received a defective item, please click on the link below within 48 hours from the date of receipt and indicate ‘Defective’ or ‘Damaged’.
